Job Description:1. Ensures Making Women Feel Beautiful is the top priority at all time 2. Understands and demonstrates Chico’s FAS, Inc Values with both customers and team. 3. Maintains constant and timely communication with the SM 4. Able to perform all functions in the Guiding Principles for Stores (GPS) and MARS Principles for Stores (MPS) 5. Positively and consistently demonstrates a neat, professional, and fashionable image 6. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as directed by the SM, DSM, and RSMQualifications: 1. Must be 18 years of age or older 2. High School diploma desired 3. 2 Years or previous retail management experience required 4. Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills 5. Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations 6. Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales 7. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 8. Established history in recruiting and retaining a quality sales and support staff 9. Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs, hang/fold merchandise, climbing, reaching, pushing/pulling 10. It is the store manager’s responsibility to be present and punctual for all assigned shifts, work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends #CB#
