Admissions Assistant
at our contact center in Murray, Utah
If you enjoy talking with others, but more importantly helping others better their lives, then this is the job for you!
We are a small contact center, just minutes from I-15. Our Admissions Assistants enjoy talking to prospective students about their career and education goals, while working in a comfortable, fun atmosphere.
Responsibilities
-
Make outgoing calls to people interested in attending our College. (No cold calling!)

Receive incoming calls from people interested in attending our College.

Provide excellent customer service, build excitement, rapport and commitment with potential students.
- Meet productivity and sales metrics
- utilize a dialer system to accurately track calls.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6 months call center experience required.
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Must have great communication skills.
- Must be able to build rapport and excitement while enjoying helping others reach their educational goals
Schedule:
Part time, 30 hours per week.
Mon-Thurs 8:00am -2:30pm, Fridays 11:30am -6:00 pm
Starting pay is $11.00/hr. No benefits.
