RESPONSIBILITIES:
Projecting future medical care and treatment in an organized narrative format, utilizing clinical evidence and medical research while meeting quality and production standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse with current, valid licensure; CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, CLCP, or CNLCP credentials preferred.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation and/or auto or liability claims management a plus.
- Experience in orthopedic, pain management, neurological and/or rehabilitation services and management of mental/nervous disorders.
- Must be self-disciplined, motivated, focused and able to work independently within established guidelines.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbal and written, via telephone and email.
- Critical thinking and analytic skills required.
- Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel a must.
