Description HEALTH CARE: Dental Credit & Collections Specialist
Terry Reilly Health Services - Canyon Dental Nampa site Full Time

Manage dental patient accounts and claims/collections from 3rd party payers, verify accuracy of claims filed, analyze aging reports & payment agreements. Will backup receptionist, includes scheduling, receipt of payments and end of day deposits, at busy dental practice. Requires 2 years dental experience, knowledge of dental practice billing and collections, including ICD9, CPT, ADA coding. Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and insurance carrier regulations and procedures. Must be detail oriented and able to communicate effectively with providers, co-workers, third party payor and patients. Preferred experience includes prior experience billing FQHS Medicare and/or Medicaid or work in community health clinic. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) helpful, but not required.
