Evaluates patients, sets goals, plans treatment programs and treats patients according to physician's orders; maintains records and notes on patient care; performs quality assurance.     Job Requirements



    Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy. Minimum 2 years clinical experience including inpatients and outpatients. Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas and CPR certification required.
