Description MENTAL HEALTH RESIDENTIAL CASE MANAGER Under the general direction of the Program Manager, the Case Manager supervises the general health, social rehabilitation, & safety of previously homeless, disabled adults in residential settings. This position also functions as a positive role model, assists residents in accessing health & community services, facilitates basic housekeeping tasks, & promotes cooperation & harmony in communal living.
