POSITION: Financial Reporting Manager

COMPENSATION: $70000-80000 plus Bonus

JOB PROFILE:

Successful, well-established and growing manufacturer seeks a Tax and Financial Guru. You will work with several locations to summarize financial activities and be responsible for consolidation of global financial information, reporting of sales tax as well as support preparation efforts of tax returns and the annual audit.

• Financial statement consolidation of global operations
• Management discussion and analysis [MD&A]
• Must have manufacturing background
• Journal entries and account reconciliations
• Compliance with GAAP

• Cash management 
• Manage debt covenants
• Monthly bank reporting package
• Assist with annual audit
• Support for tax returns – R&D tax credit, UNICAP, Section 199

REQUIREMENTS:

• BACHELOR’S DEGREE in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
• Manufacturing industry or combination of manufacturing/public accounting experience
• Combination of general accounting/reporting/consolidations experience preferred
• CPA preferred
• GAAP
• Treasury experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• SEC and SOX experience preferred
