Business/Functional Analyst -
 
Provide business process/systems analysis, documentation, deployment and support services for Compass Group, The Americas Division field operations.  Works extensively with business customers and technology/project team members to define and deliver complex business solutions.

The successful candidate must possess the abilities that will allow them to:

• Work with business and technology team members to gather, assess, translate and define business requirements according to end-user needs
• Work with business and technology team members to define, document, schedule and manage business and project-related activities
• Assist with providing impact/solution option assessments to offer workable, efficient business processes and solutions
• Assist with defining and implementing testing strategy within business area to ensure the functionality, accuracy and quality of solutions/processes
• Produce high quality documentation, including procedural, operational, functional, configuration, requirements and process flow documents/use case and diagrams
• Demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with defining and implementing training/implementation strategy
