This current opportunity:
The position of Office Manager reports directly to the Agency Manager of the field agency office. The incumbent is responsible for handling various operational and administrative functions necessary for the smooth operation of the office and providing leadership and hands-on support in the area of new business processing, compliance and human resources.
Essential job functions include:
Operations:
Oversee insurance and annuity business processing. This includes verification of licensing and appointment, reivew of applications and documents and trasmission of paperwork to the Business Processing Center.
Manage staffing and service levels and troubleshoot operational issues.
Handle administrative functions and prepare written correspondence and materials for Agency Manager as needed.
Compliance:
Maintain files and records, ensure maintenance and accuracy of compliance records.
Deliver compliance orientation training and support agency compliance audits and/or reviews.
Human Resources:
Manage the recruiting, hiring, training and performance reviews of office staff. Communicate with HR as required to seek advice, support and coaching.
