Description Our growing public accounting firm is seeking a full-time office manager.  We are in search of  an individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in and executive or office management capacity.  This individual must be extremely organized, detail oriented, work well under pressure and with deadlines.  This individual must be a team player and work well and efficiently under minimal supervision in a small office environment.  Excellent oral and written communication skills, punctual, honest, hardworking, self starter, multi-tasker and a desire to improve office efficiently is an absolute must.

Requirements These are some of the major requirements for this position. We are looking for a team player willing to learn various areas of running our accounting firm to its fullest potential in an organized efficient manner for the benefit of both employees and clients.


  • Some general office - phones, filing, scanning
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Maintain storage
  • Billing (which includes, tracking projects and expenses)
  • Oversee paperless workflow
  • Scan Maintenance
  • Software updates and tracking
  • Vendor research (for pricing as needed)
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Maintain office service policies
  • Oversee workflow of all projects
  • Due date listing on a daily basis
  • Printing reports as needed for meetings
  • Track projects and maintain accurate records daily

MS Office 2007
Quickbooks Pro
Creative Solutions/Thomson software products a plus
Prior Professional Services Manager or office experience preferred
Prior Tax/CPA Office experience a plus
