Technical Recruiter Position

Sapphire Technologies, a leader in the IT staffing industry, is currently seeking a full time Technical Recruiter. Sapphire's recruiters and account professionals work to make the perfect match between client companies and IT professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract openings.
  • Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
  • Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on Sapphire’s process.
  • Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
  • Update and track candidates in accordance to Sapphire’s standards.
  • Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
  • Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
  • Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to Sapphire via phone, email or web.
  • Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.
  • Refer job order leads and hiring manager names to Account Managers.
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales goal expectations.
  • Know all of Sapphire’s service offerings
