Our client is a multi-billion dollar organization who is a brand leader in the consumer goods industry. They have seen record growth year after year for the past 30 years!

They are in the midst of an aggressive expansion - embarking on unprecedented investment in innovating their products and launching a massive marketing campaign to gain market share above the competition!!



They are looking for a strong Senior Territory Manager  to manage their retail accounts within the Shreveport, LA market.  They will handle existing accounts of several retailers.  The ideal candidate will have experience successfully managing and growing existing accounts and bringing in new business. 

 
Requirements

The ideal candidates would possess:



*BA or BS in a Business Related Field

(or at least 5 yrs successful Territory Management experience)

*Spearheading successful merchandising plans

*Extensive training background

*Experience managing a promotional calendar

*Executing creative ways of driving sales through different channels

*Documented sales success - exceeding quota / awards and recognition / sales rankings

*Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred



Compensation:

$64K-$80K Base Salary + 20% Bonus

Medical - Dental - 401-K + company match

Benefits start after 30 Days

Home Office + Milage Reimbursement at the IRS Rate
