Job Description 

JOB SUMMARY 
 

This position is responsible for the complete client relationship between Paycor and top revenue clients using Paycor’s proprietary Software. Key components include on-going end-user training, technical, as well as HR Performer support and proactive management of client activity to assure client satisfaction and retention. This role requires ability to support larger clients, offering advanced knowledge of HR and payroll related interfaces.

  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Attain and maintain advanced knowledge of current HR practices and issues.*
  • Build and maintain a strong, proactive relationship with assigned client base.*
  • Provide ongoing hands-on training to new business contacts on Paycor processes and software.*
  • By telephone and periodic on-site visits, assist clients in resolving problems related to HRIS application.*
  •  Document client communications in appropriate systems as needed.
  • Project planning in anticipation of client needs.*
  • Proactively identify developing trends, assess risks, and develop initiatives resulting in process documentation.
  • Independently troubleshoot problems and research solutions to client questions about HR and benefit issues; educate and counsel them on correct procedures.*
  • Effectively utilize all current and applicable technology in supporting Paycor clients.
  • Work interdepartmentally to meet changing client needs through effective communication
  • Follow company and department policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to staff meetings, training and team initiatives
  • Maintain a working environment that is energized and consistently demonstrates the Paycor service commitment, set good work example for others.
  • Actively participate in prospect analysis, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


 

  • Exhibits and practices outstanding Service Excellence Standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished, professional appearance and behavior.
  • Excellent understanding of Operating Systems and MS Office products.
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and software, including ability to troubleshoot application and transmission issues.
  • HR Performer software experience required.
  • Ability to interface with multiple departments, multi-task, think on your feet, and work independently.
  • Effective organizational skills proven in a fast-paced, service-oriented position.
  • Prior experience in training environment; utilizing on-line tools such as WebEx preferred.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems by balancing detailed questions with creative solutions.
  • Must have satisfactory or better results on Paycor testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
