We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our practice management team as a Senior Financial Services Manager in our Leawood office. 

This is an outstanding opportunity for the professional that has experience acting as a high level consultant coordinating the business affairs of our physician clients.  Our professionals enjoy a rapid growth environment centered on autonomy, client interaction and challenging goals. 

Responsibilities will be to coordinate the business affairs of our physician clients including but not limited to financial reporting, tax planning, accounting, negotiations and practice management matters. Responsibilities also include management of other financial services professionals as well as participation in the client development process in the region.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience serving in the accounting industry
• 3+ years experience serving hospital-based physicians and/or serving external clients in a healthcare capacity
• CPA or Graduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required
• Demonstrated leadership skills and team development skills
• Proven success in managing and consulting with external clients
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter that takes initiative and can work independently
