Requirements
Qualifications include strong analytical and problem solving skills. Selected candidate must have experience working on web-based projects that have progressed through the full systems development lifecycle and the ability to translate business needs into detailed, clearly understood business requirements. A high level of customer service and excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, are essential Other qualifications include knowledge and experience in documenting technical systems, data migration and document imaging with experience in conducting training and the ability to develop, maintain and promote data quality standards, and business process flow Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio) required.
Experience in working with Real Estate Portfolio Management is a plus. Bachelors degree with major in Business, Public Administration or Information Systems is preferred.
