Summary- Experienced Office Manager

We are looking for a full time, Experienced Office Manager for an Advanced Minimally Invasive & Bariatric Surgical Practice in Celebration. We offer a comprehensive benefit package and competitive salary. EOE. Please reference code 7340 when applying. .

The Office Manager under the direction of the Practice Director is responsible for the overall success of assigned medical practices. Provides the leadership, direction, administration and coordination of all practice activities except those directly involving professional medical judgment.

Responsibilities - Experienced Office Manager

  • Administers practice and organizational policies and procedures as directed in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Coordinates/assists specific functions and activities of assigned practice including information systems, accounting, human resources, payroll, materials management, engineering and other support services.
  • Assures compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations, including OSHA, CLIA and ADA.
  • Participates actively in safety, infection control, medical records, quality assurance efforts
  • Manages practice to budget


 


Job Requirements

Requirements - Experienced Office Manager :

  • Must have previous bariatric experience..
  • Bachelors Degree in Health or Business administration preferred.
  • Strong management experience in a group practice environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact well with Hospital Leadership.
  • Experience in medical records, coding and reimbursement.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Courses in Human Resources, Accounting, preferred.
  • Education and experience requirement may vary according to combined background.
