Territory Sales Manager –Heavy Equipment Parts and Components
Salary—$70,000 - $130,000 (Base Salary plus Commission)
A fast growing and secure manufacturing company seeks an experienced Sales Leader to direct their sales department to a new level. The Territory Sales Manager should have experience in the sales of Parts to Heavy Equipment/Machinery Manufacturers. Candidate should also have some experience through dealer-channel. This person will be a direct influence toward new growth and an important Team member of this company’s expanding business unit.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategies to achieve profitable targets and revenue. This will include driving new business, building customer loyalty and satisfaction and ensuring high customer retention. Client is looking for someone to implement improvement plans for sales productivity, market penetration and targeted product placement. This position does require a skilled motivator and someone who has analytical and organizational skills.
Individual selected will have a Bachelors degree and five or more years experience in Sales Management.
Location: Can live anywhere in Georgia (no relocation available for this position)
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
2. Five years minimum Sales Management experience working with customers, dealers and distributors.
3. Must have sales experience as a supplier to Heavy Equipment and Machinery manufacturers.
4. Needs to be an aggressive, hands-on, lead by example Manager.
5. Proficient and computer literate.
6. Excellent Written and Verbal Communications.
