The VNA is seeking qualified physical therapists to provide top quality care to patients in their homes.

 

Location: Colorado Springs

 

Successful candidates will offer quality-focused care in patient's homes in communities in either Denver or Colorado Springs. Physical therapists are responsible for evaluating client needs, establishing rehabilitation plans and participating in a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment.

 

We offer a full range of flexible schedules, with full-time, part-time or on-call positions. Patient assignments are detemined by employee location and travel preference.  Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Requirements Graduation from a four-year college or university, including completion of a physical therapy education program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.  Must have active Colorado PT license and current CPR certification.At least two years of physical therapy experience required.  One year of home health experience preferred. Other requirements may vary by case or department needs.
