Florida PACE Center is growing and opening a new center in Hialeah!
The Florida PACE Centers is the program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) which provides a comprehensive range of medical and healthcare services for those who prefer to live at home, qualify for placement in a nursing facility, and meet Medicare and Medicaid eligibility criteria. PACE is responsible for the delivery of all primary, acute and long-term care, as well as all appropriate social, restorative and supportive services.
The Site Manager will be responsible for all disciplines and services provided through a PACE including all administrative responsibility related to the direct operation of the Center and managing daily planning and coordination of center-based activities to include facilitation of daily meetings, participant/caregiver care issues, conflict resolution, co-facilitator of interdisciplinary team meetings and other related follow-up.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Serve as the chief administrative authority for a PACE Center.
- Provide supervision and direction to the non-physician professional and administrative staff working in a PACE Center.
- Convenes and chairs the Center’s interdisciplinary team conferences
- Develops and updates operating policy and procedures for the PACE Center.
- Serves as a members of the PACE management team
- Develops and monitors the budget for the PACE Center.
- Responsible for cost containment and effective utilization of Center budget
- Participates in the PACE Center and PACE organization’s quality improvement activities
- Supports the PACE Executive Director and Program Director in presenting the PACE program to the local community.
