Are you an experienced supervisor who is looking to work with a growing 2nd shift team? Then our Supervisor of Enrollment and Eligibility based out of our Omaha, NE team is for you! In this challenging role, you will be responsible for driving production and quality of our Enrolment and Eligibility Team while managing the HR responsibilities associated with being a supervisor. Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of up to 20 enrollment and eligibility representatives and Subject Matter Experts
- Monitor production and quality
- Resolve escalated enrollment and eligibility issues
- Monitor metrics and reports
- Participate in special projects
- Other duties as needed

- 1 year of supervisory and/or team lead experience
- 1 year of solid experience coaching and mentoring team members
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills (Proficient - Intermediate skill level)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to supervise multiple personality teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Assets:
- Healthcare and/or insurance experience
- Claims or enrollment experience
- Data processing experience
- Experience monitoring metrics
- Experience with PowerPoint and Access
