Primary  Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of up to 20 enrollment and eligibility representatives and Subject Matter Experts
• Monitor production and quality
• Resolve escalated enrollment and eligibility issues
• Monitor metrics and reports
• Participate in special projects
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
 
Requirements:

• 1 year of supervisory and/or team lead experience
  
• 1 year of solid experience coaching and mentoring team members
  
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills (Proficient - Intermediate skill level)
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to supervise multiple personality teams
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

Assets:

• Healthcare and/or insurance experience
• Claims or enrollment experience
• Data processing experience
• Experience monitoring metrics
• Experience with PowerPoint and Access
