Job Description

Ajilon Legal is seeking 1 to 3 year Licensed Texas Attorney candidates for a temp to hire Associate opportunity in an Austin boutique firm.

One to three years practice experience needed. This position would involve litigation, healthcare, regulatory, administrative and compliance law. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus, but not a requirement. While a background in healthcare is not a prerequisite to be considered for employment with this firm, a dedication to professional excellence would be.

  • High degree of legal expertise
  • Excellent writing and proofing skills needed
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing projects as well as to be part of a team.
  • Commitment to clients: willingness to work at the convenience of clients to get the job done timely and correctly.
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with lawyers, staff and clients.
  • Effective practice administration.
