This is a Work At Home position, and the candidate must live in the Anchorage area to be on-site for clients.

POSITION SUMMARY
Manage Alaska book of business of approximately 40 clients who range in size from 51-300 employees. The role of Account Manager is to coordinate communication and expectations between Aetna, the broker and the customer. Requires exceptional relationships with various internal and external contacts to ensure renewal and growth of business and rentention of members.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
Bachlor's degree or 3 - 5 years experience in related field. Must have skills with standard MS Office products. Excellent communication skills; must speak and write clearly with strong oral communication skills in both individual and group settings.  Effectively advise and consult brokers/customers on all Aetna products, medical, dental, life effectively with ambiguity and stress. Ability to build successful relationships with customers/brokers. Postion requires a thorough knowledge of the industry. Must use available resources effectively and work well with peers and supervisors across organization lines. Requires a current driver's license in good standing. Must acquire appropriate state license required to perform the functions of the job within 90 days, and maintain license in good standing.

    EDUCATION
    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
