JOB DESCRIPTION:
A comprehensive 6-12 month training program that combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training.

Trainees are assigned to a Chemical Coatings facility and begin their career learning the product finishes business. During the first 6 months, the trainee will follow a structured Trainee program that will expose them to Facility Operations, Customer Service, Product Service Room, Warehousing, Sales and Marketing, Sales Calls, and Management. Beyond 6 months, on-the-job training will continue.

Relocation may be required.

Promotional opportunities to Operations Manager and Sales Rep are based on performance; first promotion often seen within 6-18 months.

TO APPLY:
You must be a recent college graduate (all majors) with a minimum 2.5 GPA. You must be eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis, without sponsorship or restrictions. Excellent communication skills, demonstrated leadership ability, a valid Drivers License, a good work ethic and an interest to work in an active “roll up your sleeves” type of environment are necessary qualifications. This is NOT A DESK JOB.
