Job Summary:
RN Supervisor participates in assuring the implementation of an established medical plan for residents. This nurse is responsible for the medical care of all assigned residents during 2nd shift, concentrating on residents admitted to the on-site Health Care Center (clinic). The RN incorporates the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, and implementation into each resident's plan of care. Residents are child and adults with severe and profound, and mild and moderate mental retardation and physical disabilities.
