Building Engineer


National Real Estate firm has an immediate opening for a Building Engineer in Seattle, Washington providing HVAC and general maintenance services to a client owned commercial building.

Requirements and Duties:

 

  • Commercial office building experience

 

  • Ability to work with multiple client representatives.

 

  • 3-5 years experience

 

  • Assist in the implementation of an effective preventative maintenance program, completion of service requests, and other assigned duties to efficiently handle client business needs.

 

  • Work closely with client to ensure issues related to operations are well planned, coordinated and meet or exceed industry standards.

 

  • Report daily, weekly or as needed to Chief Engineer on operational or client issues while working to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  • Background check and drug screening required.
  • Shift work required
Requirements
 

Education/Experience:

 

3-5 years experience with commercial office buildings, HVAC, BAS, pneumatic / electrical controls, plumbing, and general maintenance.  CFC certification, Electrician’s license and/or Data Center experience a plus.
