Description

Pelican State Credit Union is looking for Part-Time Tellers to join our team.

 

Hours are:    Monday-Friday  4pm-7:30pm  and  Saturdays  9am-5:30pm

                        

  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding member service achieving both member satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in the team effort to accomplish branch goals
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures and products pertaining to teller and new account transactions
  • Process financial transactions and open new accounts courteously, timely and accurately
  • Balance cash drawer daily while staying within set policy guidelines
  • Analyze member's needs and recognize service opportunities
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

 

Experience

Must have previous teller experience or heavy cash handling and customer service experience.

 

Sales experience preferred.

 

Experience in a financial institution is ideal.
