 Job Summary

Our client, a law firm in the Austin area, has an immediate opening for a litigation support specialist on a long-term project.  In this position you will be responsible for supporting litigation software packages, developing and supporting databases and performing case data processing.  Candidates with a professional demeanor are highly preferred, as this position will entail significant client contact.  Various projects may require overtime, including after hours and weekends. 


Required Experience

  • Bachelor's or paralegal certificate required
  • In-depth experience and understanding of litigation support practices.  Qualified candidates will have experience using, supporting and administering litigation software packages and search tools including Summation, Concordance and/or iPro.
  • Must have experience loading images and other electronic discovery into the litigation support systems as well as editing load files and ASCII files.  Experience with advanced features of MS Access including database design, queries and reports is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Citrix
  • Litigation experience at a law firm or in house legal department highly desirable
  • Live in Austin, TX area


Project Details

  • Start Date: as soon as possible
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week and overtime as required
  • Duration: 6+ months
  • Pay Rate: $24 per hour
