Requirements

*    Experience with warm and hot internet leads sales calls

*    Experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of the loan process and current guidelines

*    Willing to work in the office at least 40 hours per week to build and keep a consistent pipeline

        *    Must have a current NC loan officer license


        *    MUST HAVE RECENT LOAN ORIGINATOR EXPERIENCE - TWO YEARS MINIMUM
         EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN A BROKER ENVIRONMENT AND NO LONGER THAN 6 
        MONTHS SINCE LAST ORIGINATOR POSITION
