We are currently
seeking a dependable Maintenance Technicians for an Assistant
Supervisor position at communities in Petersburg & Richmond City areas!
Successful candidate will possess 3+ years of
residential maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair
and carpentry. Supervisory experience is a plus! There is a great opportunity for
advancement.
CFC certification is required. This position requires
participation in after hours emergency maintenance call rotation. Criminal Background
will be checked and valid Driver's License required.
