Description

We are seeking someone who is currently or in line to be the Corporate Engineer for a 10 Billion in revenue or higher manufacturing company. Our client, a world leader in branded food manufacturing, seeks LEADERSHIP, BUSINESS Acumen, P&L experience and World Class Packaging Division leadership. To qualify you must have created corporate wide Packaging Divisions for a very large CPG manufacturing company that has plants located across the US or internationally. FOOD packaging is highly requested not required.

 

No international travel. Salary is above average and there is alot of opportunity to take a company to WORLD CLASS manufacturing status. This is a newly created position!

 

 

Requirements 1) Bachelors Degree required MBA highly requested
2) 2 or more years in a Senior Engineering Corporate leadership position
3) 10 or more years of CPG related package engineering experience
4) Must have experience in DEVELOPING and then DEPLOYING worldclass PACKAGING initiatives for a company that has a revenue greater than $1 Billion
5) Subject matter expert in all things related to Key Performance Indicators and Standard Operating Procedures (KPI's and SOP's)
6) Must have excellent leadership qualities and Executive Presence
