Description

HHHUNT is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for their premier community at Lake Norman.  This position requires a passionate, energetic candidate with superior organizational, sales and customer service skills for a 320-unit community. This individual also needs to be professional, detail-oriented, able to work effectively in a team environment and strive to exceed goals and objectives.


Responsibilities Include

  • Touring prospective residents, following up with prospects and residents, returning email leads, marketing the community to area businesses and selling the community over the phone and online.
  • Addressing residents needs and providing superior customer service.
  • Enforcing lease and community rules and regulations.
  • Some administrative duties will be required.

     

    • Requirements

    ·         A minimum of 2 years Leasing experience is required.

    ·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

    ·         Four year degree preferred.  Recent College graduates are encouraged to apply.
