RMA seeks team-oriented Project Managers who will live and work long-term in Oahu, Hawaii, and who possess extensive experience in civil, design-build vertical construction, and general construction projects. Project Managers at RMA:
· Manage all aspects of every project
· Resolve conflicts
· Ensure projects are compliant with corporate / government regulatory policies and
procedures
· Set up and manage project teams
· Develop project plans and schedules
· Approve and distribute design decisions

· Communicate with project stakeholders as appropriate

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of
hands-on federal Department of Defense construction project management experience.
· Direct experience with design-build projects.
· Current 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Class certificate.
· Proficient with scheduling programs such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
(preferred), and MS Windows applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Experience with RMS is highly desirable.
· Occasional travel within western U.S. and Hawaii.
