Responsibilities:





  • Initiate New Business through outbound calling (leads provided)
    Contact executives and business owners helping them grow their business



  • Effective communication with decision makers (CFO's, Treasurers, etc)



  • A disciplined and diligent marketing campaign including telephone, E-mail, other media and face-to-face meetings.



  • Strong knowledge of leasing fundamentals including tax and lease accounting, credit analysis, financial pricing concepts, loan and lease structures and documentation.




  • Meet and exceed targeted levels of activity to include phone calls, applications and sales volume (150 calls daily)



  • Develop effective transactional closing skills



  • Develop long term, repeat clients

    1) Commission based on total funded profit. First year earnings are expected to be in excess of $90,000. Second year earnings $120,000 +
