Bon Ton at The Point at Carlisle Plaza in Carlisle, PA is currently seeking an Assistant Area Sales Manager.

 

Join our team of retail experts who share their knowledge of the latest retail trends, assist customers with selections and merchandise new product as it arrives!

 

Hours can be flexible based on the associate schedule and the store need.  Schedules include a variety of day, evening and weekend hours. 32 hours per week is full time in our stores.

 

This position will offer the successful candidate a career path leading to management opportunities within our stores through hands on training and real life experiences.

Job Requirements

Previous retail and/or sales experience is preferred.  Interest in retail management career with a passion for growing and developing your skills in a retail department store setting.

Cosmetic candidates need to have previous cosmetics and clienteling experience.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and evenings.
