Bon Ton Department Store in Johnstown, PA is currently seeking a part time Estee Lauder Cosmetic Consultant and a part time Clinique part time Cosmeti Consultant.

 

Part time consultants work between 10-30 hours per week.

 

Selling cosmetics involves approaching  and acknowledging customers with a smile, encouraging  a consultation for a facial makeover, and knowing your products to better service the customer.


 

Compensation: Hourly + Commission based on individual sales.



We are seeking candidates with previous cosmetics experience, excellent customer service and sales skills, experience selling in a commissioned environment, and a high energy level. 
 
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends.
