The Allscripts ePrescribe team is seeking a highly motivated self-starter with a strong commitment to quality to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. The qualified candidate will work in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment to manage the implementation timelines, and client expectations for our Enterprise clients. The candidate must be highly organized, results-driven and have excellent communication skills, including listening skills. Training will be given on the Account Management Process; strong computer and MS Office skills are required for success. Commitment to high quality is absolutely essential. � Manage multiple client implementations of Allscripts Enterprise ePrescribe, software, interfaces, conversions and training using project management skills and applicable software.
� Assist client in designing implementation and project plans, as well as facilitation of change management.
� Act as primary liaison for exchange and distribution of information between the client and Allscripts ePrescribe.
� Manage client expectations, provide issue escalation pathways and document and manage all client issues.
� Acquire basic product knowledge of the Allscripts ePrescribe application
� Provide written status reports to client and Allscripts management detailing the progress of the implementation and deliverables, potential problems, open issues and general information.
� Development of realistic plans, goals, and aligning plans with company goals, managing resources and creating contingency plans.
� Must be able to effectively communicate (both verbal and written)
� Demonstrated strong analytical skills
� Strong presentation skills
� Ability to professionally interact with multiple levels in the Organization
� Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests while still maintaining results in core job functions and responsibilities
� Professional acumen to interact with and handle various escalated issues from internal and external customers
� Ability to effectively communicate with various positions in remote centers and departments as needed
� Flexibility to adapt to changes in assignment or job responsibilities as needed
� Strong MS Office skills
