YAI Network is currently seeking an Assistant Supervisor of our Manhattan Evening Adjustment Program (MEAP) located in Greenwich Village. MEAP is a program offering recreational services to individuals with developmental disabilities ages 18 and over.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise 6 direct service professionals within the program.
* Ensure that caseloads are fully compliant with Medicaid regulations.
* Assist in preparing and implementing service plans for consumers.
* Run annual and semi-annual Individualized Service Plan (ISP) meetings and perform intakes.
* Ensure the proper documentation and filing of paperwork.
* Approve attendance, monthly summaries, and annual and semi-annual reviews.
* Support the Supervisor and Assistant Coordinator of Manhattan Recreation.

Requirements:
* BA/BS required.
* Previous Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC) or Individualized Service Coordination (ISC) experience preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Filemaker
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Flexible and positive outlook.

Hours: 1:30pm - 9pm Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday
