The Assistant Chief Financial Officer through collaboration with other hospital leadership assists in maintaining the adequacy of the hospital's financial systems through auditing and monitoring techniques; Develop and Implement policies and systems needed to ensure appropriate financial management and accountability. This is the Perfect Opportunity to lead and grow from within where a high level of patient care is practiced and work in a friendly team oriented environment.

Qualification Requirements :
A Bachelor�s Degree in Accounting or Finance and Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA); followed by Two (2+) years of financial and/or accounting in for-profit health care finance is mandatory.

Leadership Requirements : A Team Player Proven Track Record of Improvements Self-Directed.
