PURPOSE: Responsible for managing
auditing engagements for assigned clients. This position includes interface with client management, including presentation of the audit reports to the the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. The Manager also has significant responsibility for the professional development of staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:
� Directs the planning, organization, scheduling and review of assigned engagements and supervises fieldwork. Delivers products to clients in a timely fashion within budget.
� Participates in the engagement process.
� Handles routine client matters and technical questions from both clients and staff
� Reviews working papers of staff
� Oversees preparation of audit reports, including financial statements and management letters.
� Identifies additional areas of service to clients.
� Develops and maintains contacts with other professionals and business referral sources.
� Participates in business and community service activities to help promote Firm image.

Basic Qualifications:
� B.A. Degree in accounting
� CPA license
� 6+ years current or recent & progressive experience in a combination of public accounting and financial institution industries.

Preferred Qualifications:
� Must have an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards with the ability to apply them effectively to client situations.
� Solid client and internal staff management experience - required.
� Strong communication skills � both verbal and written - required.
� Must be able to travel overnight at least 40%.
� Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
