Description

Global Manufacturing Corporate Organization looking for a VP of Tax and Audit to provide leadership minimize tax liability and maximize profits.  We are a lean organization so one must be willing to dig into the details while maintaining a vision to strategize and implement ideas.



  • Ensure that the Company is in compliance with US GAAP and SEC guidance with respect to tax accounting FAS 109, FIN48
  • Have a very good understanding of international transfer pricing, Federal and State compliance, and Property Tax
  • Excellent communication skills required enabling person to interact with Board Members and CFO
  • Manage the internal and external tax resources to meet and achieve Global tax planning and compliance requirements.
  • Assures that the Company is in compliance with Global tax laws.
  • Assist with all tax audits
Requirements
  • 12 + years experience, Big 4 public accounting combined with manufacturing industry experience
  • Finance or Accounting degree, Master in Tax strongly preferred, CPA required
