Position Description:

The RF Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineering on programs with radar, communication, and electronic warfare system applications.  You will directly manage key deliverables including cost, scheduling, and overall performance of the RF team.  You will also provide technical leadership to RF projects including design, production support, and field test.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess a BS degree in Electrical Engineering plus a minimum of ten (10) years of related military RF systems or components.  You will bring several years of proven management experience providing hands-on leadership to teams of RF Engineers, and an understanding of sophisticated business concepts and the ability to work cooperatively with senior executives.
