UnitedHealth Group Community and State is currently seeking Medicare Individual Sales Representatives for our Pennsylvania market.
 
Role Responsibilities:
The Medicare Individual Sales Representative will travel throughout their assigned territory and will be responsible for working with community based organizations, providers, etc. The Medicare ISR will be responsible for meeting with eligible participants with the goal to present product information and enroll participants in the Medicare Dual SNP Plan. Some sales leads are company provided. However, the Medicare Individual Sales Representative will generate many of their own leads and should have previous experience doing so. The Medicare ISR will manage their travel and territory efficiently to produce maximum results.
 RequirementsRequirements:
•Experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
•3-5 years Medicare/Medicaid experience highly desired
•Strong interpersonal skills in working with elderly/infirm population
•Previous outside sales and territory management experience required-Contacts or active within the community (i.e Providers, community based organizations)-Reliable, insured transportation and a valid drivers license in Pennsylvania-Pennsylvania Producer's license required -Bilingual a plus-Strong communication, presentation skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Driven, self starter and can take direction -Sales acumen in generating leads and closing on sales. -Candidate must be willing and able to travel via automobile for community events, individual appointments, and team meetings.
 -Must be willing to work some nights and weekends.
