200 Users – Siemens CMR7733552
Will work other sites remotely.
A. Service Description:
Objective
Insight will meet the following Services objectives:
• Perform a PBX site survey in preparation for a migration to Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration environment:
•Initial Business and Technical requirements gathering
•Existing voice and network documentation review
•Network configuration review
•Remote Site Survey prior to Physical Site Survey
•On-Site Survey for network, power, rack and environmental information
•On-Site Survey for active station inventory, attendant console review, business stake holder interviews, call-flow analysis, hunt-group review, remote call destination review
•Evaluate current voice architecture and identify any gaps against best practices
•Recommend remediation steps for identified issues and gaps
