“Tendercare Health Care Center of Cheboygan” is a 85 bed center offering long & short-term rehabilitation solutions. We pride ourselves on being recognized as one of the premier skilled nursing facilities in northern Michigan. Our caseload consists primarily of an orthopedic caseload, but also includes some neurological and oncology patients. We have a team of highly experienced therapists that could make great mentors for a new grad, or you could intertwine your existing talents with them and help us further develop our rehab program. Take a look at our building’s website for more details and then come in for a personal visit:
http://www.extendicareus.com/tendercarecheboygan/index.aspx We are not a contract/staffing company. We are an
in-house provider of rehab (our parent company, Extendicare, owns the buildings), so there is no chance of a lost contract. Come to a company that
values quality patient care over productivity/revenue! Most of our settings are large post-acute (transitional care) sites – some with wellness units, attached outpatient units and ALFs. Our focus is on increasing their functional levels and returning the patients home (“rehab to home”). In certain areas, we also have free standing outpatient ortho clinics. We offer: • Unlimited free CEUs via our ProStep University • Flexibility in Scheduling • Licensure Reimbursement • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance + more … • Generous PTO package • 401K w/ company match • Annual Performance Based Bonus • New Grad mentorship & orientation programs Ctrl + Click this link to see a map of our locations:
