Required:
--Translates user requests into technical requirements
--Requires understanding of requirements development process, good interpersonal skills
--Formal training / certification in IT functional requirements development desired
Additionally:
--May also serve ideally as a Team Lead, Back-up Team Lead and/or Mentor
--Serves on a U.S. Government counterterrorism program by disseminating information to the Intelligence Community on potential terrorist threats.
--Performs research and analysis on data and writes reports, adhering to tight timelines and strict quality guidelines.
--Uses numerous U.S. Government and open source databases for research and conducts analysis and validation of a wide variety of information.
--Trains new team members with the capability to address questions on program guidelines and procedures. -
--Supports team in leadership capacity when needed in conducting training reviews and providing program metrics.
Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
