Director IM-Logistics Client Program Management


Responsibilities: This role is responsible for developing planning and executing the short-term and long-term strategies associated with logistical operations for major Ingram Micro Logistics accounts and to identify opportunities to maximize sales and advance the strategic relationships with clients. Also responsible for managing client/program opportunities enhance revenue and profit goals by delivering advanced capabilities enhancing service offerings and delivering continuous process improvements. Creates and leads an environment for superior customer satisfaction ROI process improvement volume forecasting and drive client profitability. Travel up to 50% (may include international)


Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience to substitute for education) and a minimum of 8 years previous account and project management experience (preferably in a related industry) and a minimum of 6 years people management experience. Requires knowledge of: Distribution and Logistic operational procedures financial reporting and performance metrics associated with a successful 3PL business. Moderate technical and product knowledge. Moderate understanding of Ingram Micro programs products and services is desirable. Must be skilled in: Personal computing. Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word required. Excellent communication skills: written and verbal required. Strong organizational skills and problem solving agility also required. Previous ERP system experience desired. Strong presentation skills Ability to: Create strategies partner effectively with others multi-task respond to rapid change perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency prioritize and perform work with some supervision. Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
