Responsibilities:
Develops and analyzes data models that generate knowledge into the project owner's business objectives. Utilizes reports of findings and creates appropriate materials to communicate the findings. He or she will maintain a broad understanding of Ingram Micro's business model along with becoming educated on particular vendors customers or internal division's business models and needs.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree with emphasis on quantitative analysis or an additional 3-5 years' relevant experience and 2 to 5 years' of quantitative analysis experience in either Business Intelligence or Pricing metrics OR Master's degree and 1 year experience internal or external experience.
Experience: Experience in analysis of large data sets identifying trends and patterns and effectively communicating both internally and externally. Advanced skills in MS Excel MS Access SQL Experience using major statistical analysis packages (i.e. SPSS SAS Stats). Experience with Business Objects and Xcelsius helpful. Must have managed at least one project in which a relational database was built and utilized for analysis.
