Required:
--Requires experience in developing, maintaining, implementing and improving business processes focused on production
--Must have experience with process optimization and/or continuous process improvement
--Desired: Formal certification in business process design or improvement, experience with w/l program, Agency, IC
Additionally:
--Supervises the work of a specialized team and/or multiple teams of analysts.
--Conducts performance reviews. Implements policy guideline changes.
--Oversees policy implementation on U.S. Government counter-terrorism program and briefs senior-level client management on impact and recommendations.
-- Liaises with senior decision-makers to lend subject matter expertise during policy discussions.
-- Selects upcoming leaders and mentor newer members of the management team. Initiates business process improvements and coordinate resource allocation.
--Additionally, candidate must possess expert knowledge of program, and when needed, researches and analysis on data and writes reports, adhering to tight timelines and strict quality guidelines.
--Uses numerous U.S. Government and open source databases for research and conducts analysis and validation of a wide variety of information.
--Trains new team members with the capability to address questions on program guidelines and procedures.
--Supports team in leadership capacity when needed in conducting training reviews and provides program metrics.
Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
