    •  Requirements Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program. Three years professional nursing experience in a clinic setting. Possession of a valid State Registered Nurse license and Advanced Practice license certified by an accredited certification agency recognized by the state board of nursing. Current CPR certification.
