The Warner Chilcott Sales team is recruiting for a Specialty District Sales Manager located in the Philadelphia, PA area.

The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Representatives that promote the sales of an assigned portfolio of specialty products. The duties and responsibilities of the District Manager include, but are not limited to, the supervision and direction of field sales representatives, maximizing their efforts to ensure the attainment of sales budgets and goals. This includes specific development plans for direct reports in coordination with the Regional Manager and Sales Training. The District Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager to meet sales and profit objectives while adhering to the corporate sales strategy, provide market insight to management and maintain up to date records on all reports (early-view, market share & usage reports, etc).
Additional responsibilities include, to consistently develop the sales representative to possess an inclusive selling style that includes an ability to use all available promotional literature and selling tools during sales calls as assigned; to complete company business such as medical education and speaker program meetings; and to continue to improve selling skills, product and competitor product knowledge by completing required training courses, working with the Regional Manager, and reviewing available information provided by the product management team and/or Warner Chilcott medical affairs team.

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A., or B.S.N.) from a four year accredited college or university, coupled with a minimum of 1 year of successful pharmaceutical sales management experience partnered with successful experience as a sales rep. Preference will be given to candidates located within the posted geographic area.
Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the United States and must have a valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record. Candidates must be willing and able to travel as necessary. Candidates must be organized and have excellent oral presentation and communication skills. Preference will be given to those candidates with documented sales awards and achievements and those candidates living within the posted geography in close proximity to a major airport. Candidates must also successfully pass a drug test and background check.
